What do you recommend as a good Sherry Vinegar?

Re: Kimberly's Rich Zesty Italian Salad Dressing
I made the dressing for my salad last night and it was incredibly. It took me a little while to find the champagne vinegar at the store, so I went to Fox & Obel downtown Chicago. Cheers!

Jason, My favorite Sherry Vinegar Vinagre De Jerez Reserva CEPA VIEJA...you can find it at Papa Joe's on Woodward just South of the intersection with Maple. They carry the Champagne vinegar as well. That is the place north of Detroit that is great!

Re: Kimberly's Rich Zesty Italian Salad Dressing
I tried Kim's salad dressing last night and it was outstanding. Wanted something different than my usual combinations. Will add it to my list.
