1 1/2 pound(s) ground beef, top round or sirloin
2 teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
4 ounce(s) Blue cheese, crumbly
4 Onion Burger Rolls
Directions:
1) Mix the beef, worchester sauce and salt and pepper in a bowl and make four patties.
2) Make an indentation and insert 1 ounce of blue cheese into each.
3) Refrigerate for 4 hours for flavors to become friendly!
4) Remove patties so they come to room temperature and heat grill to medium high.
5) Grill patties 3 minutes each side for medium rare and toast onion burger rolls.

Thanks chef. I am a novice at cooking and Barbeue on the grill. This was a rich treat. I made it even richer by putting homemade sourcream onion mix on it and adding chopped garlic. DELICIOUS. i served it with baked beans. Thank-you.
