Melisa Zucara: I have used Fine Cooking Personal Chef services not only because I’m a busy professional, however, I also like to entertain. I’ve used their chefs as a private chef and always came home to an easy warm meal and a very clean kitchen. You can’t beat these guys. Dinner parties, “Oh my goodness” I’ve been invited as a guest and just think the dinner is incredible. I asked for a theme party (Halloween) and everyone even the chefs dressed in costumes! I’ve heard they’ve done others. The cool thing was it was all Fine Dining…and that’s why I love them!


Daryl Allaman: The Personal Chef at Fine Cooking PC were excellent! The dishes were unbelievable and the clean-up was great. My Chef even worked while my dog was home during the day…who would do that?? The thing I liked best about the chef was she was someone that I could talk with on a personal basis and the food was out of this world. I especially liked the Asian influences in her dishes and how a personal chef was able to do something as simple as a California Roll and then turn right around and make a sophisticated dish in France.


Natalie Rinow: I had dinner last night by one of the FCPC chefs…WOW! Sashimi to start, then an Open-Face Mackerel Sammie (Sandwich), and finished by a Panna Cotta with Pineapple Granita. It gave me a great opportunity to open a bottle of Champagne I’d been saving for a special meal. Thanks FCPC!

 


Cathie Karain: We utilized the services during an extended hospital visit for a family member. The instructions were clear, and the portions were more than enough for a single meal. I was exceedingly pleased by the variety available, as well as the quality and taste of each meal. The lamb stew in particular has been discussed as a favorite. We have and will continue to recommend Fine Cooking Personal Chef services!
